Rental Information
Booking:
- Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a guest 25 years or older. This guest must be on the booking confirmation
- there is a 2.63% charge when you pay with a credit card
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
Check in/out:
We will contact you via email two weeks prior to your arrival with check in details.
- Check-in from 3:00 pm (15:00)
- Check-out up to 10:00 am
If you require a late check-out please contact the Property Manager prior to your arrival. Cleaners will arrive at the property just after 10am for the check-out clean and if guests delay this service a late check-out fee of $100 will occur.
Please note in all our holiday homes:
- There is a strict no-smoking policy. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, an additional cleaning fee may apply
- Noise must be kept to a minimum after 22:00 and before 08:00.
- Have a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
