Vintner's Retreat is an inviting, comfortable multi-level two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located high on Queenstown Hill. It boasts stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, the view is hard to beat.

Vintner's Retreat sits high on top of Queenstown hill and is centrally located to all that Queenstown has to offer. Only 2km to Queenstown town centre and 6km to Queenstown International Airport.

Enter Vintner's Retreat on the mid-level into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It offers a functional, well equipped kitchen with all the essentials required for a self-catering holiday. There is one un-allocated off street car park and a storage shed in the apartment courtyard to store all your sporting equipment.

Bedrooms:

Vintner's Retreat is a multi-level apartment. On the second level is the 1st bedroom with a Queen bed. This bedroom has great uninterrupted views that can be enjoyed from bed or from the bedroom occasional chair.

On the lower level is the 2nd bedroom with two single beds and its own ensuite bathroom. This bedroom offers mountain and lake views too.

Each bedroom provides comfortable beds, extra bedding, bedside cabinets and lamps and plenty of storage with the built-in wardrobes.

The upper level is a mezzanine floor with a couch that can be made into a sofa bed. This is suitable for an additional guest and can be made up if requested prior to your arrival for an extra charge.

Booking: 

  • Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a guest 25 years or older. This guest must be on the booking confirmation
  • there is a 2.63% charge when you pay with a credit card
  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Check in/out:

We will contact you via email two weeks prior to your arrival with check in details.

  • Check-in from 3:00 pm (15:00)
  • Check-out up to 10:00 am

If you require a late check-out please contact the Property Manager prior to your arrival.  Cleaners will arrive at the property just after 10am for the check-out clean and if guests delay this service a late check-out fee of $100 will occur.

Please Note in all our holiday homes:

  • There is a strict no-smoking policy. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, an additional cleaning fee may apply
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum after 22:00 and before 08:00.
  • Have a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
  • Sorry no Pets allowed
