Horoeka on Hallenstein has a clever configuration so it can be rented to accommodate smaller or larger family or group stays. As it can be just the upper two levels or the whole apartment depending of the amount of people wishing to stay at the property.

1 - 4 guests = 2 rooms (upper level bedrooms)
5 - 6 guests = 3 rooms (upper & lower level bedrooms)
7 - 9 guests = 4 rooms (upper & lower level bedrooms)

PLEASE NOTE: If individual rooms required for 4 people must book the whole property (ie 9 guests).

1 – 4 people would have the occupancy of the first two levels. The upper level is open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with outdoor balcony. The mid-level has 2 bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms, with shower, vanity and toilet.

Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets so there’s plenty of storage space for your stay.  There’s access from both bedrooms onto a small sheltered balcony with views.

For larger groups of 5 or more the downstairs level is opened with the option of one or two bedrooms depending on groups size, that each have their own ensuite bathrooms.

This level also has a small kitchenette and cosy lounge area with dining table, TV and an outdoor terrace area.  

The property has two full laundry areas with tub, washing machine and dryer and there’s also a secure single garage.
